An important Club update



After having our doors closed for 66 days, our team are excited to welcome you back to your Club from Monday 11 October.

Our focus will remain, as always, on the safety of our patrons, our team, and the broader community by fulfilling our obligations under the recent NSW Government public health order. As a consequence, we are committed to maintaining CovidSafe protocols such as mandatory masks being worn indoors, the exclusion of vertical consumption of alcohol inside the Club, confirmations of Service NSW QR Code check ins, the enforcement of spatial requirements and our ongoing enhanced hygiene practices.

We will also be complying with introduction of additional public health order requirements that include the verification of vaccination status before allowing only fully vaccinated patrons into the Club as well as ensuring our Belmont 16s’ team are vaccinated. We understand that having these additional policies and procedures in place may slow entry into the Club at times, however we will do our best to ensure that this process is as seamless as possible and ask for your patience during these periods. Our doors will be open from 9am daily and you should note that whilst most of our facilities will be available from Monday 11 October, others will be gradually reintroduced to allow us to factor in variables such as the progressive availability of our team as well greater access to products from our suppliers.

To provide more clarity, we have developed a re-opening roadmap, which we hope will help answer most of your questions about what you will see back at Belmont 16s and when.

The large physical footprint of the Club means that even based on the mandated 1 person per 4 square metre rule we can accommodate up to 892 people on our ground floor, with plenty of space for everyone to safely enjoy their Club, whether it be indoors with a coffee and cake or out on our decks sipping on a cold beer while soaking up this Spring weather.

There is a lot to look forward to in the coming months, from the return of our always popular festive themed raffles, the launching of new seasonal menus, the $8000 Ascent Points Sweepstakes and don’t forget that our always a sell-out Christmas Day Lunch event is now open for bookings.
