Our beverage list celebrates the best of the Hunter Valley’s wineries, brewers, and distillers, including our very own Martha Wines, crafted exclusively for us by Hunter Valley winemaker David Hook.

Our bar team shakes up signature cocktails that are equal parts classic and cheeky, perfect for a long, lazy lunch or for sipping as the sun melts over the lake.

For those choosing low or no alcohol, our Free Spirited range brings all the flavour without the buzz.

Our menu is simple, honest, and full of flavour.
Dishes are contemporary yet relaxed, with Italian influences woven throughout, and most plates are designed for sharing.
