Experience contemporary dining in our newly renovated over water dining space at SALT KITCHEN, featuring fresh seasonal meals along with Club classics and favourites cooked to order by our experienced culinary team.

Simply order from the SALT KITCHEN cashier and then collect your meals form the counter when ready or from from your table by scanning the QR code and wait for your meals to be delivered!

SALT KITCHEN is adjacent to Sails Eatery which is the waterfront side of our Club, you can take in the stunning views over Lake Macquarie while enjoying your meal.

Bookings are advised for tables of 6 guests and over and can be done online below. If you have up to 6 guests, bookings are not necessary.

NOTE: Due to seasonal produce restrictions, some items on the menu may change without notice. We are Closed Christmas Day
