Experience contemporary dining at SALT, featuring fresh seafood and succulent steaks that are cooked to order by our experienced culinary team.

On the menu are four signature steak cuts, perfect for any appetite. You can choose a classic 300g Black Angus Rump, a house carved 250g Black Angus Sirloin or try something special like the 300g Marble Score 5+ Tajima Wagyu Scotch Fillet.  All steaks come with buttered desiree mash, blistered cherry tomatoes and steamed broccolini OR house salad and chips.

Delicious seafood is also highlighted in Summer SALT. Member favourite’s like the Tasmanian salmon and Queensland salt water barramundi remain with a seasonal garnish twist, while the introduction of a zesty starter of flash fried squid and green papaya salad and main course serving of prawn linguini are bound to be popular coupled with a crisp white wine, water views and warmer weather!

Our healthy options have also grown with the addition of our  vegan “Nourish bowl” and various tempting grilled salad “add ons”.  And of course, the classics are still available, tasty and hard to over look.

Simply order from the cashier, collect a table buzzer and we will bring your delicious meal to your table. Currently you do not need to make a reservation, we are taking walk ins only.

SALT is adjacent to Sails Eatery  which is the waterfront side of our Club, you can take in the stunning views over Lake Macquarie while enjoying a meal either inside or on the  deck.
