And we anticipate while we work through all required covid safe health orders, the Club may look a little different. So please bare with us as we navigate our return to “Normal”.

Please be aware that for only a short time entry to the Club may involve a short wait.

  • Upon arriving please have your mask on and vaccination / exemption documents on hand
  • Scan in with the the Service NSW QR Codes provided
  • Show your check in status to our team at the front desk
  • Show our team your vaccination documentation
  • Members are to swipe into our Member safe kiosk
  • Take note of our current Covidsafe Conditions of Entry signage and enjoy your Club!

We are still committed to ensuring that our local community will emerge from this challenging situation stronger and united. We would like to reiterate the importance of staying calm, following basic hand hygiene and social distancing practices, and supporting each other to keep our community safe and well.

Our focus has always been, and continues to be, on the health and well-being of our staff, patrons and the broader community as we face the COVID-19 pandemic together.

As we have found during the pandemic, the guidelines can change quickly, and we need to be agile. On this basis we will continue to regularly monitor developments and adapt as required to keep us all safe, ensuring we communicate effectively with our Members through our social media platforms as well as our website, and of course if you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact the team.

We proudly display our tick of approval as a registered CovidSafe business with the NSW Government. Our COVID Safe plan includes our commitment to the well being of members and employees, physical distancing, hygiene and cleaning as well as record keeping.

In additional tabs on this page we have outlined our Clubs COVID safe policies and procedures as well as answering some of the most frequently asked questions surrounding our Club and this evolving Covid-19 landscape.

While details are still coming to hand surrounding what our Club will look like after re-opening, it has been confirmed that there will be a health order around vaccination status and Club entry.

​We again stress that in order to reopen we are required to follow all rules & regulations as per the NSW Government and Public Health Order advice to ensure the safety of you, your families, our staff and the broader community.

Our industry body, Clubs NSW, have advised us that entry to all NSW Member’s Club premises will only be for patrons, staff and who can produce appropriate paperwork outlining that they are fully vaccinated or medically exempt from the Covid19 vaccination.

We kindly ask that you review the following information, be prepared before arriving and respectfully cooperate with our staff at the Club entrance.

How can I prove I’m fully vaccinated?

​You can prove you are fully vaccinated through your: COVID-19 digital certificate Immunisation history statement.

Where can I access my proof of vaccination?

​You can access your proof of vaccination (COVID-19 digital certificate or immunisation history statement) using: Your Medicare online account through myGov The Express Plus Medicare mobile app.

Can I come to the club if I’ve only had one vaccine dose?

The NSW Government has announced that only people who have received both doses of the vaccine can come to the Club the Monday after NSW reaches the 70 per cent double-dose milestone.

How can I get proof in hard copy?

​You can ask your vaccination provider to print your immunisation history statement. You can also call the Australian Immunisation Register on 1800 653 809 and ask them to send your statement to you. Please note It can take up to 14 days to arrive in the post.

What if I can’t get vaccinated?

​Subject to the legislation which mandates vaccinations, people who can’t be vaccinated may be permitted to enter the club if they obtain a “contraindication certificate” in the approved form – which can be found by clicking here.

Please consult your medical practitioner for further information.

We will only be permitted to accept a medical exemption in the approved form.

How can I prove to the Club that I’m fully vaccinated or medically exempt?

​You can show our staff proof of vaccination:

Open your Express Plus Medicare mobile app

Click “Immunisation history”

Click “View COVID-19 digital certificate” Access our COVID-19 digital certificate in your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Present a hard copy of your immunisation history statement OR a hard copy of your medical exemption (contraindication certificate) in the approved form completed by a medical practitioner.

We kindly ask that you have this information ready before you arrive at the club, to prevent crowding.

How will the club know my proof of vaccine or medical exemption is authentic?

​At our discretion, we may attempt to verify that your “proof of vaccine” is authentic.
