Apprentice Chef

Full Time Position

You’ll work alongside highly experienced chefs across a variety of service styles including à la carte, production, fast-paced high volume, and refined dining. Whether you’re plating up a pub classic or crafting a restaurant-quality dish – you’ll be gaining real industry experience every step of the way.

All you need to bring is your positive, enthusiastic and dedicated self, your passion for food, and a desire to produce quality and consistent dishes.

You must have full availability, a passion for cooking, and be willing to learn!

Sailing Program & Events Support Position

Belmont 16ft Sailing Club is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Sailing Department as a Sailing Programs & Events Support Officer during the peak summer sailing season.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about sailing, sport, and community engagement, providing valuable practical experience across event coordination, race management, and sports administration.
