Martha Supporting International Women’s Day – ALL MARCH LONG!
This March 2025, Martha Drink & Dine is proud to support International Women’s Day by partnering with Dress for Success Hunter & Newcastle to help empower women in our community as they enter or re-enter the workforce.
This year’s theme for Dress for Success is “Empower Every Step: Supporting Women into Employment”, and we’re inviting our guests to be part of this meaningful initiative with two special campaigns:
Raise a Glass for Women
For every bottle of Martha Wine sold throughout March, we will donate $20 to Dress for Success Hunter & Newcastle. Martha Wine is a collaboration with Hunter winemaker David Hook Wines, featuring three elegant varietals:
Inner Cherry Pink Fizz – A lightly sparkling Sangiovese rosé
Ship Mates Chardonnay – A classic, elegant Hunter Valley chardonnay
Rosso de Novo Agony Aunt Red – A bold, balanced red
Supporting Women with Every Dessert Sold
6–10 March, we will donate 100% of the price of a selected dessert to Dress for Success – and Martha will match the total amount raised!
Featured Dessert: Strawberry & Rosewater Panna Cotta
Topped with pink fizz syrup, watermelon, and mint salad – a perfect sweet treat for a great cause.
Why This Matters
“More than 3,000 women from across New South Wales rely on Dress for Success NSW & ACT for career styling and employment support,” says Carolyn Ellis, Newcastle Hunter Operations Manager for Dress for Success. “This campaign will directly help women in the Lake Macquarie region step into interviews with confidence and secure meaningful employment.”
