Martha Creates Bespoke Wine Collection!

A Toast to the Martha : The David Hook Wine Collaboration

In celebration of her milestone, Martha has teamed up with David Hook Wines to create an exclusive range of signature wines that embody her essence. These specially selected wines complement Martha’s menu and add to her elegant yet inviting atmosphere:

Pink Fizz, Sparkling Sangiovese

Martha’s flagship wine. Crafted exclusively for the venue, this lightly carbonated sparkling Sangiovese captures Martha’s summer allure with soft bead and balanced slightly savoury fruit palate and aromas of fresh cherry with a smooth finish. The hand-sealed bottles feature crown caps and are adorned with beautiful hand-illustrated labels by local artist Ally McGrevy.

Also joining the collection is our Hunter Valley Shipmate Chardonnay, a refined and classic expression of one of the region’s most cherished varietals. Its aroma is beautifully intense, with a complex bouquet of citrus and peach, while barrel fermentation adds layers of charred oak and hints of cashew to the nose.

Rounding out the offering to ensure there’s something for every palate is the  Adelaide Hills De Novo Rosé – a fresh, summer-perfect red blend that aligns with our Mediterranean vision. This blend of Italian varietals Barbera, Nebbiolo, and Sagrantino delivers a refreshing, savoury, medium-bodied wine, perfect for the warmer months.
