Running for 7 consecutive weeks from the 29th of April Executive Chef Tony Maher and his team have created a dish that is dedicated to showcasing our chefs’ culinary skills.
Our dish entry ” Perfection on a plate, Hunter Valley lamb shoulder with seasonal vegetables” will be available through SALT, Steak & Seafood dining outlet ( open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week) after purchase, you will receive a QR code to the voting portal link.
