Running for 7 consecutive weeks from April 29, 2021, Executive Chef Tony Maher and his team have created a dish that is dedicated to showcasing our chefs’ culinary skills.
Our dish entry ” Perfection on a plate, Hunter Valley lamb shoulder with seasonal vegetables” will be available through SALT, Steak & Seafood dining outlet (open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week) after purchase and enjoying your Perfect Plate of Slow braised and pressed Pukara Estate lamb shoulder served with pea puree, confit potatoes and garlic and rosemary roast baby carrots, place your vote with us via the QR code on your receipt and rate us.
